The hotel is perfectly situated by the beach, just near enough to some great restaurants. The rooms are spotless and cozy, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The dining experience is enhanced by fresh-baked scones, although dining options could be more diverse. The facilities are impressive, offering a delightful stay overall, but there are minor inconveniences with the price for certain services.
The hotel has spacious rooms with huge windows overlooking the lovely garden, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, featuring a comfy bed, and a delightful spa bath. The staff is exceptionally friendly with a lovely manner towards guests, especially the Receptionist, and the housekeeping service is top-notch. Located in a quiet area not far from the beach, town, and very close to the shops in Bournemouth, it offers a serene atmosphere with a close proximity to the sea. The dining experience offers traditional meals, and the facilities are well-maintained to ensure a pleasant stay. While the price may be a bit high for some, the value for money is evident in the attention to detail and excellent service provided.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a superb location close to shops and the beach. Although the dining experience left something to be desired, the overall value for money was worth it.
